Section 23(3) in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
(3)The Academic Council shall consist of(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)the Deans of the colleges of the University;(c)the Dean of Post-Graduate Studies;(d)the Director of Extension Education;(e)the Director of Research;(f)the Head of one Department from each college, to be selected by the respective college.
