Section 80(5)(i) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956

(i)no property vesting in the Corporation in trust shall be leased, sold or otherwise conveyed in a manner that is likely to pre-judicially affect the purpose of the trust subject to which such property is held;
