Section 8(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Restitution of Mortgaged Properties Act, 1976
(2)Where any petition for restitution or any other proceeding has been transferred under sub-section (1), the Tribunal, which thereafter hears such petition or proceeding, may, subject to any special direction in the order of transfer either re-hear it or proceed from the point at which it was transferred.
