        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the Child Development Officers under the 2nd respondent
   to effect purchase of items referred to in Exhibit P4 by inviting tenders
   and also strictly adhering to the provisions of the Store Purchase Manual,
   pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s.MATHEW JOHN & ABY J AUGUSTINE Advocates for the petitioner the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per Exhibit P5 circular, purchase should be made only as per provisions of Store Purchase Manual, inviting tenders. The learned Governemnt Pleader will get instructions, whether Exhibit P5 has been adhered to while making procurement from respondents 5 and 6.
