Section 21(1) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Registrar under Section 15 or Section 16 or Section 17 or Section 18 or Section 20 may within thirty days of such order or decision appeal to the Council.
