(2)If the office of the [Chairman-cum-Managing Director] [In sections 13 and 14 for word 'Chairman' the words 'Chairman-cum-Managing Director' substituted and words 'or the Managing Director' omitted vide Act No. 16 of 1981 repealed by Act No. 13 of 1984-effective w.e.f. 25.8.1981.], the Vice-Chairman, [xxx] [In sections 13 and 14 for word 'Chairman' the words 'Chairman-cum-Managing Director' substituted and words 'or the Managing Director' omitted vide Act No. 16 of 1981 repealed by Act No. 13 of 1984-effective w.e.f. 25.8.1981.] or any director referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 falls vacant by reason of his death, resignation or otherwise the vacancy shall be filled by the Government by appointment or nomination, as the case may be.
