Section 22(1) in Professional Diploma Courses of Engineering and Technology (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(1)After offering admission to all the candidates whose name appear in the merit list or after completion of the admission process, if the seats remain vacant, such vacant seats shall be filled by the institutes, in accordance with the directions of the Admission Committee, in the manner prescribed in sub-rule (2).
