27A. Power of State Commission to make regulations.
(1)The State Commission may, by notification, make regulations for discharging its functions under this Act.(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for—(a)the manner of making application before the State Commission and the fee payable;(b)any other matter which is to be, or may be, provided by regulations by the State Commission for the purposes of its function:Provided that every regulation made by the State Commission under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before each House of the State Legislature where it consists of two Houses, or where such Legislature consists of one House, before that House.”
