17. Punishment and dismissal of the employees.
- The power of dismissing any officer or servant maintained by a Board, save those borne on the [Hyderabad area] [Substituted for the word 'Hyderabad' by the A.P.A.O., 1957.] Local Government Service Cadre shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, vest in the Board.
