Section 32(3) in Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994
(3)The list of contesting candidates referred to in sub-rule (1), shall contain the particulars set out in the form referred to in sub-rule (1), and shall be prepared in Hindi in Devnagari Script.
