Section 282 in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
282. New entries.
- The usages of the lower deck, the customs and routine of the Service, discipline, and the pay, pensions and badges to which sailors are entitled, shall be explained to all new entries. They shall be instructed to apply to the officer of their division should they require advice or information, and that they are responsible to him for the condition of their kits.
