Section 34 in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
34. Meeting of the Executive Council.
- The Chief Executive Councillor shall preside over the meeting of the Executive Council. The Executive Council shall meet not less than once in every month for the transaction of business at such place and at such time as the Chief Executive Councillor may direct:[Provided that in absence of the Chief Executive Councillor, the Deputy Chairman shall preside over meetings of the Executive Council.] [Inserted by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 19 of 2018, dated 6.10.2018.]
