36. Penalty for being in possession of false weight or measure, etc.
- Whoever is in possession of any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which he knows to be false, intending that the same may be fraudulently used, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a period which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.
