Section 1 in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Nagaland) Act, 2006.(2)It shall come into force on the date appointed by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette.
