Section 23(2) in The Kandla Harbour Craft Rules, 1955

(2)No person incharge of or navigating a fishing boat shall allow it to go alongside a vessel at any time.Note. - In this sub-rule, the expression "alongside a vessel" shall mean a radial distance of 100 metres from any part of such vessel.
