(ii)above three hundred rupees under the orders of the Market Committee on the execution of an indemnity bond with such surety or sureties as it may require, if it is satisfied, after such enquiry as it may consider sufficient, about the right and title of the claimant and considers that undue delay and hardship would be caused by insisting on the production of such authority.
