(11)Earnings. - Every child who performs work shall have the right to an equitable remuneration, if such work is remunerative. The interests of the children and of their vocational training shall not be subordinated to the purpose of making a profit for the juvenile justice institution or a third party. 3/4 Part of the earnings of a child may be set aside to constitute a saving fund to be handed over to the child on release. The child may have the right to use the remainder of those earnings to purchase articles for his or her own use or to indemnify the victim injured by his or her offence or to send it to his or her family or other persons outside the institution.
