Section 9(1) in Himachal Pradesh Early Childhood Care and Education Centres (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2017
(1)After the commencement of this Act, no new Centre shall run without having a valid Certificate of Registration from the Director and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein.
