Section 263(1) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)The Corporation may [* * * * *] [Words omitted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.] make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder for discharging its functions under this Act.
