52. Publication of declaration under sub-section (1) of Section 95.
- A declaration under sub-section (1) of Section 95 regarding the making of the draft Scheme shall be published in Form XIII in the Official Gazette of the Government of Punjab and in two newspapers one of which shall be in the Official Language of the State, widely in circulation in the area in which the land is situated and copies thereof shall be passed by the Authority in a prominent place within the said land and at conspicuous place in the offices of the Authority, the local authority and in the Deputy Commissioner in whose jurisdiction the area of the scheme wholly or partly falls.
