Section 2(f) in Bombay Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974
(f)"Regional plan" means a plan prepared under the provisions of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, for the development or redevelopment of the [Mumbai Metropolitan Region] as defined in this Act, or for any part thereof, and includes a draft or final regional plan prepared for the said region or any part thereof, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, which is for the time being in force;
