19. Connection with other road.
- All roads with more than 30 meters (100 ft.), right of way will only be connected with 18.24 metres (60' to 80j wide connecting and feeder roads and not by any other residential streets, service roads and cul-desecs. All the roads of 30 metres (100 ft.) and more width will have limited access through service roads.
