Section 29 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
29. Contribution to Indian Red Cross Society. - The Managing Body shall pay to the Managing Body of the Indian Red Cross Society towards the general expenses of that Society 10 per cent, of all subscriptions or consolidated subscriptions received from members and associates, subject to the limitation that the amount so payable on account of any single subscription shall not exceed Rs. 1,000. This rule shall not apply to gifts or payments other than subscriptions received by the Society.
