Notice be issued to the respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has passed interim orders in other similar matters and as such he refers to an order passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8420/2020, 8724/2020 and 9318/2020.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Mr. Nikhil Simlote submits that some time may be granted to file reply and the respondents also have an objection about maintainability of the writ petition itself as petitioners have adequate statutory alternative remedy under the Excise Act.
Mr. Nikhil Simlote, Adv. is free to file reply as well as other objections about maintainability of the writ petition.
