Section 95 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
95. Allowances to Members of Panchayat Samitis, Zila Parishads and Committees thereof.-
Every non-official Member of a Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad and a Standing or Consultative Committee thereof shall be paid such allowances as may be prescribed.
