Section 170(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)An applicant in this rule shall mean an appellant under Section 72 or party at whose instance an enquiry under Section 74 is commenced and shall include subject to provisions of Rule 166 also an agent or a vakil.
