Section 36 in National Institute of Design Act, 2014
36. Powers of Central Government to issue directions.
- The Central Government may give such directions as it may deem necessary [to any Institute] [Substituted 'to the Institute' by Act No. 38 of 2019, dated 29.11.2019.] for effective administration of this Act and the Institute shall comply with such directions.
