Section 13(2) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(2)If practicable the connection shall be made at an existing junction in the sewer or there shall be an intercepting manhole before the connection, when such manhole has been required by the committee by a general or, special order.
