Section 9 in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968
9. Evidence of registration.
- Where a Co-operative society is registered under this Act or is deemed to have been registered under subsection (3) of section 8, the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration signed by him, which shall be conclusive evidence that the society therein mentioned is a society duly registered under this Act, unless it is proved that the registration has been cancelled.
