38. Procedure for payment of compassionate financial assistance.
- After the sanction of compassionate financial assistance by the competent authority, monthly payment shall be made by the Head of Office where the deceased Government employee was posted at the time of death or by the office of any other Head of Office of the same Department anywhere in Haryana opted by the eligible family member, subject to production of necessary documents required from time to time from the family of deceased Government employee. The expenditure shall be charged to the Object Code - "79-Exgratia" under the functional major head of the concerned department.
