Section 7(5) in Bihar State Board of Homeopathic Medicine (Electoral Rolls and the Conduct of Elections and Election Petition) Rules, 1955
(5)The amount paid on behalf of a candidate whether he is elected or not shall, if it is not forfeited under sub-rule (3), be returned to the candidate or to the person who has paid the amount on his behalf, as the case may be, after the publication of the result of the election in the Official Gazette.
