Section 60(3) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(3)The Fund shall be applied. -(a)to implement programmes for the welfare and rehabilitation of juvenile or children;(b)to pay grant-in-aid to non-governmental organisations;(c)to meet the expenses of State advisory board and its purpose.(d)to do all other things that are incidental and conducive to the above purposes.
