Section 25 in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
25. Notification of Resolution to make or adopt Detailed Development Plan.
- The resolution under section 24 shall be published by the Planning Authority in the prescribed manner and such notification shall indicate the boundaries of the area of the Detailed Development Plan and specify the time and place where a plan of the area may be inspected.
