Section 204 in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
204. Licensed Building Architect and Licensed Building Surveyor.
- The Chief Executive Officer may, from time to time and in such manner as may be prescribed, grant licence to a person to act as a Licensed Building Architect or a Licensed Building Surveyor for the purpose of this Chapter.
