Section 16(2)(c) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017

(c)Where such member fails to give any satisfactory reason for his absence in the meetings or does not reply to the show cause notice within time, his membership from the committee shall be terminated and such termination order shall be communicated to the member by the town vending committee.
