69. Further security for payment of land-revenue.
- The land-revenue for time being assessed on an estate or payable respect of a holding shall be the first charge upon the rents, profits and produce thereof.(2)Without the previous consent of the Collector, the rents, profits or produce of an estate or holding shall not be liable to be taken in execution of a decree or order of any Court until the land-revenue chargeable against the rents, profits or produce, and any arrear of land-revenue due in respect of the estate or holding, have been paid.
