Section 14(4) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(4)The Council may, with the previous sanction of the Government, suspend, dismiss or remove any person appointed as the Registrar, or impose any other penalty upon him:Provided that, before passing any order under this sub-section, the Registrar shall be given reasonable opportunity of being heard by the Council.
