7. Minutes .-(1) Record of the proceedings of every meeting alongwith the names of members who attended the meeting shall be kept by the Member-Secretary in a book maintained by him exclusively for the purpose.
(2)The minutes of the previous meeting shall be read at the beginning of every succeeding meeting and shall be confirmed and signed by the Chairman or presiding officer at such meeting.(3)The proceedings shall be open to inspection by any member at the office of the Central Board during office hours.
