Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to for the purpose of
inclusion of petitioner list of the candidate those who already
shortlisted. And this rank list is rescheduled and also on these time no
advice memo are not issued.
This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's
order dated 14.12.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NAHAS H. &
RIZWANA T.N, Advocates for the petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1,
STANDING COUNSEL for R2 & R3, the court passed the following:
ORDER
The learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala Public Service Commission submits that the last date for uploading the dependency certificate was 23.12.2020 and that the petitioner has uploaded the same only after the said date.
The learned Standing Counsel to place on record a statement.
