7. The Court is informed that the matter is listed before the Appeal Committee on 23.05.2023. It is made clear that the pendency of the writ petition will not come in the way of Appeal Committee in taking a decision which needless to state will be in accordance with law.

8. Mr. Gogna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the amount which is due and payable according to the Petitioner has already been released to her which fact is disputed by Respondent No. 1 who is present in Court.

9. Mr. Gogna, will ensure that the amount if not paid will be released today and if already paid, due communication and intimation in this regard will be sent to counsel for Respondent No. 1, during the course of the day.

10. The amount which is payable for the month of May, 2023 according to the Petitioner shall also be released to Respondent No. 1 within a period of one week from today ensuring that the amount is credited into her account.
