17. Application Form.
- (i) Application for permission to appear at the competitive examination shall be invited by the Commission in the prescribed pro forma published in the advertisement issued by a Commission.(ii)No candidate shall be admitted to the examination, unless he holds a certificate of admission issued by the Commission.
