Section 15(2) in The U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963
(2)Where the whole or part of the amount deposited under clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 6 has not been expended for the purposes specified in the said clause, it shall be refunded to the applicant:Provided that in case the amount to be expended for the purposes specified in the said clause (b) is more than the amount deposited under that clause, that applicant shall have to deposit the extra amount as may be determined by the State Government
