(1)The provisions of this Rule shall apply to contracts where the trees have been felled by the forest department or by any agency acting under that department and these trees only are sold to the forest contractor.(2)The provisions of Rules 21, 22, 24, 25 and 26 shall apply to such contracts as far as they may be applicable.Special Rules for Bamboos
