Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent, & commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh or part thereof as may be notified by the State Government.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
