- The issuer may recall municipal debt securities prior to maturity date at its option (call) or provide such right of redemption prior to maturity date (put) to all the investors at their option in the manner as may be specified by the Board from time to time:Provided in all such cases, detailed disclosure shall be made in the offer document or placement memorandum.]
