Section 16(2) in The Rajasthan Hatching Eggs and Day-Old-Chicks (Regulation of Production, Supply and Sale) Order, 1992
(2)The lables or marks shall not contain any statement, claim, design or device which is false or misleading in any way concerning the hatching eggs or day-old-chicks contained in a package or the value of such hatching eggs or day-old-chicks or the place of its origin.
