13. Status of employees of Power Station on its vesting with the Corporation.
- Any person referred to sub-clauses (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 10 shall, on the dater of vesting of the power station with the Corporation, be deemed to be on deputation with the Corporation on the same terms and conditions of service as were applicable to him before such vesting, until he is absorbed in the service of the Corporation or repatriated to the Board, as the case may be.
