Section 28(ii) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(ii)The interpreter if found to be dishonest in arbitration proceeding, he shall be discontinued by the arbitrator and the party may in that case make arrangement for another interpreter.
