- After the survey and record operations are over, the map and the field book shall be maintained by the Land Record Officer in accordance with the rules made by the State Government in that behalf, and he shall cause, annually or at such longer intervals as the State Government may prescribe, to be recorded therein all changes in the boundaries of each village or portion of a village, estate or filed and shall correct any errors which are shown to have been made in such map or field book.F.
