Section 433 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
433. Depot for sale of essential commodities. -
The Municipal Commissioner may for time to time, subject to such directions as he may receive from the Mayor-in-Council on the advice of the State Government , open depots or shops for trading in essential commodities.
